Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a Cold Email Lead Generation Assistant for our client, a cloud-based SaaS company. As part of the role, you will be responsible for domain warmup, email deliverability, list building, email validation, email discovery, and automating cold email outreach. Additionally, you will be responsible for appointment setting, inbox management for replies, and coordinating the next meeting action steps.

Responsibilities

• Conduct domain warmup to ensure successful email deliverability
• Build and manage targeted email lists [experience with Apollo.io and Sales Navigator]
• Verify email addresses for accuracy and deliverability
• Conduct email discovery to identify potential leads
• Automate cold email outreach using tools like Lemlist and Smartlead
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Manage inbox for replies and action steps

Requirements

• Experience in appointment setting and cold email outreach
• Strong knowledge of domain warmup and email deliverability
• Ability to build and manage targeted email lists
• Experience with email validation and discovery
• Proficiency in automating cold email outreach using tools like Lemlist and Smartlead
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in building landing pages (leadpages) or Retargeting via LinkedIn ads would be a bonus but not a necessity
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Availability to work from 6.30 AM to 2.30 PM ET
