Content Strategist

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Content Strategist to join our client’s team. This remote, full-time role requires availability during U.S. office hours. As the primary driver of content strategy, you will lead each project from ideation to execution, manage the entire content lifecycle—including budgeting—and delegate tasks to managers to ensure a smooth workflow aligned with client objectives in the health, wellness, and fitness sectors.

Role Overview: You will lead all content creation efforts, setting strategy, tone, and frameworks while managing the content budget. You’ll delegate tasks to managers, overseeing the process from concept to publication. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and skilled delegator who can initiate content strategies, manage budgets, and lead a team to execute high-quality content that drives engagement and achieves client goals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Comprehensive Content Strategy Development: Design and implement content strategies aligned with client goals, setting a strong foundation for each project and ensuring consistency across all content.
  2. Budget Management and Allocation: Develop and manage the content budget, allocating resources to ensure cost-effective production across all channels.
  3. Delegation and Workflow Supervision: Establish a streamlined workflow that includes detailed handoff of tasks to subordinates, who will further oversee execution and maintain quality.
  4. Content Creation and Direction Setting: Develop initial content frameworks (topics, key points, tone) and ensure each piece aligns with brand and client standards.
  5. AI-Driven Content Optimization: Use AI tools such as Jasper, Copy.ai, Claude, and ChatGPT to enhance content efficiency, especially in early-stage creation, providing structured guidance for the team.
  6. Performance Analysis and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor content effectiveness, analyze results, and adjust strategies in collaboration with managers to continuously improve.
  7. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor content team members, empowering managers to execute delegated tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative, creative environment.
  8. Client-Centric Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving needs.
