Framer UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Framer UI/UX designer to join our team. As a designer, you will work directly with our marketing teams to gather information and design UI/UX for landing pages, websites, and digital products. This part-time, remote position requires availability during UK business hours (11 am - 3pm) for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop UI/UX for landing pages, websites, and digital products using Framer.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to gather project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, websites directly in Framer and publish to go live.
• Present and walk through designs and projects using Framer with stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and user testing.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency with Framer and a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Experience in UI/UX design for web and digital products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design decisions.

Other Experience Requirements:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
