Ghostwriter - Personal Branding for CEO

Rekruuto, a leading remote staffing agency, is seeking a highly skilled and creative Ghostwriter to help their client build a personal brand and establish thought leadership through written and video content across X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Time zone: GMT+4 (UAE)

Key Responsibilities

• Interview the client and prepare thoughtful questions to elicit compelling personal stories
• Create engaging written content for X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Develop scripts and storyboards for TikTok and YouTube Shorts videos
• Capture the client's voice and maintain consistency across all platforms
• Research industry trends and relevant topics for thought leadership content
• Collaborate with the production team for video content creation
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in ghostwriting and content creation for executives or thought leaders
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content writing
• Experience in personal brand development and thought leadership content
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Understanding of social media platforms and their specific content requirements
• Basic knowledge of video content creation and scripting
