We are looking for a remote full-time end-to-end recruiter who can assist with hiring virtual assistants, growth marketing assistants, and other related job profiles for our clients. The recruiter must work during US ET hours from 8 am - 4 pm.

Responsibilities

• Post job profiles based on client requirements
• Screen and vet candidates for various job profiles
• Coordinate interview schedules with clients
• The end-to-end recruitment process for clients
• Utilize Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and OnlineJobs.PH for sourcing candidates

Requirements

• Previous experience in hiring VAs for American and European clients or experience in working as a recruiter in a VA agency.
• At least 2+ years of experience in the recruitment of VAs and related profiles
• Proficient in sourcing profiles from Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and OnlineJobs.PH
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work remotely during US ET hours from 8 am- 4 pm and interview candidates during that period.
• Use of Calendly to book interviews internally and for clients
• This position requires time tracking
