Lead Generation/Appointment Setter (Real Estate)
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Lead Generation/Appointment Setting Specialist to join our real estate client's team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for following up with existing leads from past marketing campaigns and securing listing appointments. This position is remote and requires availability during US business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-up: Contact and qualify leads from existing database who previously received marketing materials.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule listing appointments with qualified property owners.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all communications and lead status in CRM.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on conversion rates and appointment settings.
Requirements:
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
- Strong phone communication and email writing skills
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
- Previous experience in real estate lead generation or appointment setting
- Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
