Personal Branding Assistant: - Remote
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, is looking for a Personal Branding Assistant to join our client’s growth marketing team in the UK. As a personal branding assistant, you’ll work directly with our CEO as a growth assistant to promote their thought leadership.

Responsibilities
- Regular writing tasks will include creating and editing:
- Personalized social content (short-form video/image/text posts)
- Naturalistic video dialogue (storyboarding/script writing)
- Interviews or voice message exchanges with the CEO to work on their new ideas
- CEO’s social media management - LinkedIn, Youtube Shorts, Twitter, TikTok
- Internal decks
- Responsible for identifying and contacting potential podcast hosts/networks to secure interview opportunities for the CEO.
- Client-facing decks
- Blogs and marketing materials
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in personal branding and marketing campaigns for high-profile individuals or influencers.
- Highly fluent in written and spoken English.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of short-form video platforms, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- High-level expertise in trends across visual and short-form platforms across key global markets.
- Previous experience planning and reporting personal branding engagements.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365 or Google.
- Experience in managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can work remotely with the team during UK hours
