Real Estate Virtual Assistant
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a Seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a Keller Williams real estate professional in managing day-to-day operations and client relationships.
This position is remote and requires availability during US Eastern business hours or per the client's agreement.
Hours: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Handle paperwork and documentation
- Manage and schedule appointments
- Coordinate showings and client meetings
- Marketing & Lead Generation
- Assist with online marketing initiatives
- Manage property listings on platforms like Zillow and Trulia
- Generate and nurture leads
- Real Estate Support
- Assist with buyer and seller transactions
- Help maintain MLS listings and property searches
- Support client communication and follow-up
Requirements:
- Real estate experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with real estate technology platforms
- Available during Eastern Time business hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
