Recruiter
Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at Rekruuto, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across different industries. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. This is a remote position with a focus on sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring alignment with client expectations and role fit.
- Salary Negotiation & Job Offer: Lead salary discussions with candidates and extend job offers in alignment with client budgets and role expectations.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and gathering feedback. Conducts discovery calls and sessions with clients to identify their hiring needs and role requirements.
- Onboarding Coordination: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the client’s organization.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with remote staffing and recruitment processes is required.
