Senior Graphic Designer

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our client's team. In this role, you will lead visual branding initiatives and create compelling designs across various marketing channels.

This position is remote and requires availability during US business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/Support visual identity and branding initiatives across marketing channels
• Create compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials
• Develop presentation decks and sales collateral that effectively communicate brand messaging
• Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns
• Manage design projects from concept to completion
• Provide art direction and creative guidance to team members
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or digital design tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Strong design skills within collaborative platforms (Canva, Google Slides)
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital assets
• Video editing capabilities a plus
• Familiarity with HubSpot
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating versatile design work across various media
