Rekruuto is a premier VA agency that is hiring a Trends Market Researcher for our UK-based client. The ideal candidate will have the following roles/responsibilities:

Work Hours: UK time zone 9 am - 5 pm / 40 hours per week.

Research Scope

• Across English-speaking African countries, e.g., Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, etc.

Research Topics

• Youth research
• Generation Z
• Leisure, pop music, and entertainment

Research Operations Experience Required

• Preferred

Analytics & Modeling Experience Required

• General analytics:
  • Internet desk research (secondary data analysis)
• Web analytics:
  • Sentiment analysis
  • Social media analysis: The candidate must be active on Tik Tok, YouTube, Threads, Twitter, Instagram, etc., and have experience in identifying social media influencers and collecting trends, etc., and capturing them in a database.
  • Text analytics: Writing reports (bullet point or summary) on trends seen
• Predictive modeling:
  • Trend analysis & forecasting
• Data visualization & reporting:
  • Paraphrasing
  • Short 'skeleton,' report writing

Other Requirements

• Experience working with UK, US, or African clients with an international footprint
• Working with PR agencies, publishing, or comms roles
