Virtual Assistant - Finance, Admin & Reporting

Rekruuto, the premier growth assistant agency, is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with a financial background to work with our client. In this exciting role, you'll bring your expertise to the forefront, managing financial data, and providing invaluable support to ensure our client’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial records, including bookkeeping and accounting
- Prepare and manage financial reports
- Fill out and submit applications for various financial purposes
- Run reports on financial data and present findings
- Manage emails and calendars for the team
- Perform other administrative tasks, as needed
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, administration, or reporting
- Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with remote work and able to work between 9 am - 5 pm US Pacific time zone
