About the Job

Rekruuto, the premier growth assistant agency, is hiring a virtual assistant to work with our UK-based client in the e-commerce industry, as their Growth Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential YouTube channel prospects, creating personalized pitches to reach out to Youtube influencers and creators, and enriching our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data. Your work will play a crucial role in driving partnership growth and optimizing their outreach efforts.

Work hours: 9 am - 1 pm UK (Part-time, 20 hrs/week)

Job Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research to identify relevant YouTube creators, channels, and prospects for potential collaboration and outreach.
Build comprehensive prospect lists and maintain an up-to-date database of potential partners.
Utilize CRM software to manage and enrich prospect data, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of records.
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform targeting and personalization strategies.
Create compelling, concise, and personalized 1-line pitches that capture the attention of target prospects to work with the client’s brand
Monitor and track outreach efforts, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging YouTube channels to identify new opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements

Background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting research, lead generation, or data enrichment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from CRM data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized pitches and communicate effectively with prospects.
Proficiency in using CRM software and experience in managing and enriching CRM data.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
