Lead Generation Specialist (Coffee Industry)
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s team in the coffee industry. The core of our client's company lies in running cafes and cafe operations. The chosen VA will be helping in their Channel Development Department which includes food service, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and an events department.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will primarily focus on generating and qualifying leads for the food service department and the events department. The food service department involves wholesale coffee to various establishments such as restaurants, universities, offices, hospitals, independent grocery stores, and distributors. The events department includes communicating about using our cafes and grocery stores as event venues and off-site coffee services and pop-ups. This position requires manual lead generation efforts, such as Google searches and leveraging existing knowledge of potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for both the food service and events departments.
- Qualify leads based on the quality of customer, their brand reputation, and the expected volume of orders.
- Use Google searches and existing knowledge to identify potential leads.
- Track leads and maintain records using NetSuite.
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation and qualification.
- Knowledge of the coffee industry, specifically cafes, food service, and events.
- Strong research skills and familiarity with Google searches for lead generation.
- Experience with lead tracking tools, such as NetSuite.
- Ability to work part-time with flexible hours.
