Social Media Manager (Beauty Brand)

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a Social Media Manager for their client’s beauty business. The Social Media Manager’s key role would be to enhance digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the beauty industry and experience in digital marketing, particularly within the retail or D2C sectors. While experience with beauty brands is a plus, what we value most is the ability to drive results and bring fresh, effective ideas to our digital platforms.

Work Hours:

Part-time to start, with the potential to evolve into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

US PST business hours from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM or per the client's agreement.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize our digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and influencer outreach.

Engage with our audience on social media platforms, creating a vibrant community around our brand.

Generate innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Collaborate with our marketing team to support and streamline digital media campaigns.

Initially, the role will focus on social media marketing, with the potential to expand into overseeing broader digital marketing activities.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a preference for backgrounds in retail or D2C brands. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Familiarity with key digital marketing tools and platforms, including Shopify and MailChimp.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Creative thinker with a track record of implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with a remote team.
