Admin Support (E-Commerce)

 
Rekruuto, a growth assistant agency, is looking for a versatile Admin Support to join our team. The role will involve a variety of administrative and creative tasks, including graphic design, social media management, and content creation. You will handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities, ensuring tasks do not fall through the cracks.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with changes and updates to our Shopify website, including the addition of new sections to cater to our retail customers
  • Help with social media outreach, including posting reviews, reposting, paraphrasing, and modifying content to maintain authenticity
  • Utilize AI tools to generate articles and blog posts for our Shopify store, Facebook page, and other platforms
  • Perform graphic design tasks, particularly concerning label design
  • Carry out various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry of customer details from business cards collected at trade shows into our Shopify system
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Shopify platform
  • Experience with Social Media Management
  • Ability to create authentic and engaging content
  • Basic graphic design skills, preferably with experience in Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent administrative skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
