Appointment Setter (Cold Email)

Job Description

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to help in our client’s sales efforts. As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to generate leads, build lists, and book calls for the client’s sales representative through effective cold emailing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of utilizing tools such as Apollo.io, Gmass, and other cold email outreach platforms to convert leads into appointments and ultimately drive sales.

This role is part-time for now, requiring the VA to work 20 hours per week. The client is in the Eastern time zone.

Responsibilities

Conduct extensive research to identify potential leads and build targeted prospect lists

Craft compelling cold email campaigns to engage with prospects and generate interest in our products/services

Follow up on cold emails and respond to inquiries to nurture leads

Schedule appointments and book calls for the sales team

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system

Requirements

Previous experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role

Proficient in using Apollo.io, Gmass, and other cold email outreach tools

Strong knowledge of lead-generation techniques and list-building strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate and engage with prospects through email

Proven track record of converting leads into appointments and sales

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Available to work 4 hours a day in the US timezone
