Content Creation Admin (Thinkific - Online Course)
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, is seeking a skilled Content Creation Admin (Thinkific - Online Course) who will manage and improve our client’s online learning platform and optimize the scheduling software for their building consulting and inspection company. The VA will enrich the online learning experience of the client’s customers by creating and managing content based on the needs of contractors and clients. This role also involves optimizing the use of Inspector Support Network (ISN) software, a scheduling tool for home inspectors and building consultants.
This position is full-time, remote, and requires availability during US business hours (Central time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the transition from in-person to online training via the Thinkific platform
- Create new online courses tailored to the needs of contractors and clients
- Manage existing online courses, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant
- Update online courses based on feedback and evolving company needs
- Provide an asynchronous learning experience, allowing contractors and clients to learn at their own pace
- Optimize the use of Inspector Support Network (ISN) software, a scheduling tool for home inspectors and building consultants, including the utilization of unused features for automation and efficiency improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience with the Thinkific platform or other online learning resource managers
- Background in building consulting and home inspections
- Knowledge of ISN or similar scheduling
- Strong time management skills to balance day-to-day demands with long-term improvements.
- Proactive in exploring and implementing automated options for software optimization
- Able to handle the demands of a multi-faceted role
- Able to work independently on projects, while also collaborating with the team when needed
