Job Analyst (Google Sheets)
We seek a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our client’s team. As a Data Analyst focusing on Google Sheets, you will play a crucial role in building on our existing reporting structure and automating processes to enhance data analysis efficiency.
Working Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (US-based client) - ET
Responsibilities:
- Importing data from Hubspot, including both previous and live data
- Building and maintaining automated Google Sheets workflows
- Exporting data into our business systems
- Automating the data collection and real-time display using third-party tools like coefficient.io or similar
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and analytical needs
- Analyzing data to uncover insights and trends and presenting findings to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Google Sheets
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and other relevant data analysis tools
- Familiarity with Coefficient.io or similar tools is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets
- Experience in automating spreadsheet workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
