Restaurant PoS VA

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Restaurant POS VA to join our client’s team. This position is remote and requires availability during US business hours (Pacific Time) from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM or per the client's agreement.
Responsibilities:
  1. Add items and take off items from our menu
  1. Add descriptions and edit descriptions
  1. Edit prices
  1. Add modifications to existing items - meaning another size/price of an existing item
  1. Add photos and assign them to items
  1. Create new categories for items as needed
  1. Add category banner images
  1. Troubleshoot if orders aren't being processed
  1. Onboard new locations as needed
  1. Rail testing with Uber Eats etc to ensure a seamless launch
  1. Menu creation as needed
  1. Excel/Google Sheets data entry and basic operations
 
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using Toast Point of Sale (PoS) or Similar PoS systems
  • Experience working with UK, US, or Australian clients with an international footprint.
  • Background in working with restaurant brands
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Attention to detail
