Finance Admin Assistant for a Social Media Agency based in London
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Social Media Agency client in London. As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our business and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
- End accounts and file tax returns
- Perform monthly reconciliations to determine profit or loss
- Assist with management accounting tasks
- Collaborate with the accountant to file end-of-year accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with forecasting
- Update client information in real-time
- Raise and manage invoices, and follow up on late payments
- Manage payroll and stay updated on changes within the company
- Work closely with the contracted accounting firm to arrange payroll and payments
- Handle bookkeeping and maintain receipts and expense records
Additional Admin Assistant role (a plus):
- Support various administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in arranging social events ex: researching cool places in London
- Coordinate the signing of contracts for new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial administration and bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
