General Virtual Assistant (Admin Support)

 
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a detail-oriented and organized General Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our client’s interior design firm. The primary responsibility of this role is to track and manage items purchased on behalf of clients, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure items are marked as ready for delivery. Additionally, the General VA will assist with various administrative tasks, such as email management, organizing receipts, coordinating vendor presentations, and supporting marketing initiatives.
 
This remote position requires availability during US-Eastern Time business hours from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM or per the client's agreement.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage items purchased on behalf of clients
  • Create and update spreadsheets to record item details and delivery status
  • Read and respond to emails, updating items with tracking information
  • Upload receipts and organize documents in Google Drive
  • Coordinate and manage vendor presentations
  • Assist with small marketing initiatives
  • Assist with drafting and sending emails as directed
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in using Google Drive, including creating and organizing documents
  • Familiarity with Ivy or similar project management systems is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify is plus but not required
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Flowdesk) is a plus
