Part-Time General VA (Email Management & SMM)

 
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our US-based client's team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for managing the CEO's emails, ensuring that important emails are promptly responded to, and organizing and filtering out irrelevant or less important emails. You will also be expected to communicate with clients on behalf of the CEO and maintain a professional and organized email correspondence system.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's email inbox, prioritize and respond to important emails in a timely manner
  • Organize and filter out irrelevant or less important emails
  • Communicate with clients via email, maintaining a professional and courteous tone
  • Identify and delete spam or junk emails
  • Assist in Social Media Community management and engagement, when required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in email management and handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with different email platforms and tools
  • Ability to distinguish important emails from junk emails
  • Experience in Social Media Community management and engagement is a plus
