Rekruuto, the premier growth assistant agency, is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our client in a role involving customer support, social media management, and other ad-hoc admin tasks.
Hours: US Eastern Time: 9 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities
- Manage social media management & engagement (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)
- Repurpose content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Schedule and manage Pinterest content posting
- Copy reviews from Etsy and publish them on the website
- Monitor customer concern emails and promptly respond to inquiries
- Assist in order processing and ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the relevant teams for restocking
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media engagement, specifically in Instagram and Facebook
- Familiarity with repurposing content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)
- Experience in managing Pinterest
- Experience in copying reviews from Etsy and transferring them to a website
- Ability to monitor and handle customer concern emails effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in order processing and inventory monitoring
