IT Specialist

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled IT Specialist to support our client's team. As an IT Specialist, your role will involve providing technical assistance to phone and computer systems, including troubleshooting issues and assisting local IT personnel. A key part of your responsibilities will involve managing Microsoft applications such as Teams, Email Account, and Active Directory. You are also expected to be knowledgeable in troubleshooting WiFi, specifically with Spectrum ISP.
This position is remote and full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week, with availability during EST business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or per the client’s agreement.
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in troubleshooting both phone (GoTo) and Windows (MS) computer systems
  • Assisting local IT personnel for troubleshooting purposes
  • Managing Microsoft applications such as MS Teams, Email Accounts
  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting WiFi
  • Coordinating with support desks of service providers to find the solution
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and troubleshooting VoIP and WiFi issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work during EST business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
