Klaviyo Specialist (Marketing)

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Klaviyo Specialist to join our client’s team. As a Klaviyo Specialist, you are expected to have experience in Klaviyo email marketing and reporting, as well as social media management. This position will involve handling 4-6 newsletters per month, including content creation, segmentation, and performance reporting. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for social media management tasks such as post-scheduling, replying to direct messages, and providing customer support. Basic administrative and executive assistant tasks, including calendar and diary management, will also be part of the role.
 
This position is remote and requires availability during UK business hours or per the client's agreement.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Klaviyo email marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling newsletters, segmenting the audience, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and compelling content for newsletters and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize email templates, subject lines, and content for maximum open rates and click-through rates.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee social media platforms, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to direct messages, and providing customer support.
  • Assist with basic administrative and executive assistant tasks, such as calendar and diary management, to support the team's productivity.
 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Klaviyo email marketing and reporting, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in social media management, including post-scheduling, community engagement, and customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with basic administrative and executive assistant tasks, including calendar and diary management.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
