Marketing Assistant (HubSpot)
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of marketing experience, showcasing proficiency in various aspects of marketing, particularly in graphic design and effective communication. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in elevating our brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving results through strategic marketing initiatives.
This position is full-time and requires availability during US business hours or per the client's agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media:
- Schedule and create graphics for engaging social content.
- Content Optimization:
- Convert and optimize content for better discoverability.
- Conduct keyword research for articles.
- Webinars:
- Develop and manage webinar pages.
- Create content from webinar transcripts.
- Graphic Design:
- Design branded graphics.
- Prospecting:
- Use tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo) for cold contacts.
- Manage and use data for targeted outreach.
- Email Marketing:
- Clone/edit email workflows in HubSpot.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
