Marketing Assistant (Marketing Agency) / Part-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our client’s marketing agency. As a Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to offload some of his marketing tasks and support their overall marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) tasks to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Aid in copywriting for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Help manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
- Generate reports and analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Set up email automations and assist with email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Proficient copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and experience in managing campaigns.
- Ability to generate reports and analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge and experience in setting up email automations and utilizing email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
- Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant coursework is preferred.
This position is part-time, and while we value expertise in the mentioned areas, we also welcome candidates who possess a strong knowledge and experience in these marketing disciplines.
