Sales Development Rep

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads and closing sales opportunities.
This position is remote and requires availability during US ET hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 PM or per the client's agreement.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct effective cold calling and cold outreach to prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Actively follow up on leads and maintain a high level of persistence
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop effective strategies
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls and SMS, to engage prospects
  • Effectively present product features and benefits to potential customers
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry
  • Strong cold calling and sales closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results without relying solely on provided scripts
  • Proficient in utilizing SMS and cold call outreach strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive and energetic attitude
