Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our client’s team. This role involves cold calling and lead generation, and serves as the first point of contact in our sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have experience with HubSpot CRM and will use this knowledge to drive our sales efforts.
This is a remote position, starting with 20 hours per week, with the potential to increase.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Generating high-quality leads that result in prospective customers.
  • Cold calling potential customers and identifying their needs.
  • Using HubSpot CRM to track and follow up on leads.
  • Working closely with sales teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
