Rekruuto, a leading growth assistant agency, is hiring a Sales Operations Assistant. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling sales staff via Marketsharp CRM, and conducting follow-up calls to potential customers. You'll also manage email campaigns, schedule appointments, and process credit card receipts in Quickbooks.

This position is full-time, remote, and requires availability during EST business hours.

Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls
- Scheduling sales personnel using Marketsharp CRM
- Making follow-up calls to customers we have quoted but not sold
- Gathering information on potential customers and conducting email campaigns
- Scheduling commercial appointments
- Entering credit card receipts in Quickbooks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Marketsharp CRM and Quickbooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail
