Shopify Specialist (Part-time)

Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, is seeking a skilled Shopify Specialist to join our client's team. As a Shopify Specialist, you will be responsible for adding and editing the Shopify product catalog using Shopify import files. This includes tasks such as price adjustments, VLOOKUPs, Excel work, and image editing using tools like Canva. The initial focus will be on adding and editing a significant number of products using provided files and an image library.

This remote position requires availability during US-Eastern Time business hours or per the client's agreement.

Responsibilities

Import and edit the Shopify product catalog using Shopify import files.

Perform price adjustments, VLOOKUPs, and Excel work to ensure accurate product information.

Edit product images using Canva or similar tools.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for adding products and ensure consistency in data entry.

Utilize extensive Shopify experience with imports to efficiently add and edit products.

Collaborate with the team to understand and follow specific SOPs for product catalog management.

Qualifications

Extensive experience working with Shopify, particularly with imports and product catalog management.

Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and other data manipulation functions.

Familiarity with image editing tools like Canva or similar software.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in data entry.

Ability to follow standard operating procedures and understand specific requirements for product catalog management.
