Business Support Specialist

 
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, seeks a skilled Business Support Specialist to join our client’s team. As a VA, you will be providing and assisting with business support services.
 
This position is remote, full-time, and requires availability during US CST business hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM or per the client's agreement.
 

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Marketing

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Mailchimp.
  • Create, schedule, and engage with content.
  • Monitor analytics to guide strategy.

Event Coordination & Planning

  • Handle logistics for occasional events, including venue selection, invitations, catering, and decorations.
  • Coordinate lunch-and-learn sessions, including scheduling and meal orders.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Support in research, reporting, and setting up meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, data entry, and communication.
  • Oversee office supplies and manage customer relations, including follow-ups and soliciting reviews.

Employee Engagement & Compliance

  • Assist in employee onboarding, records management, and communication.
  • Update project management tools and support in performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and email organization.

Financial Assistance

  • Support the CFO and bookkeeper with information gathering, expense tracking, and invoice management.
  • Handle accounts receivable and assist with financial documentation.

Grant Writing & Management

  • Assist in identifying opportunities, drafting proposals, and managing submissions.
  • Coordinate with the team, track progress, and maintain documentation.
