Virtual Executive Assistant - Construction Industry
Rekruuto, a premier growth assistant agency, is seeking a skilled Virtual Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in the construction industry. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to manage administrative tasks, schedule calls, keep the executive on track with their schedule, manage their calendar and inbox, and arrange meetings.

The position starts with 10 hours per week with the potential to increase to 20 hours after a successful trial period.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute administrative tasks efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate calls, ensuring the executive's schedule is organized and prioritized
- Keep the executive on track with their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and rescheduled as necessary
- Manage the executive's inbox, prioritizing emails and ensuring all important communication is addressed promptly
- Arrange meetings, coordinate with all relevant parties to find suitable times, and manage any changes or cancellations

Required Tools Knowledge:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 exchange tools is required
- Knowledge and experience with ASANA, a project management tool
- Familiarity with SLACK, a communication tool
